What it is
A monitoring-and-fix service for Shopify stores now that AI assistants shop on behalf of people: Shopify now lets assistants search store catalogues, pay with Shop Pay and track orders. Every week the agent asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot 30–100 real buyer questions for the store's niche (e.g. 'best waterproof hiking boots under €150 for wide feet'), records which shops and products get recommended, and checks why the store's products were skipped: missing size, material or compatibility attributes, a return policy machines cannot read, or missing structured data (hidden labels that tell machines the price, stock and reviews).
