🚀 How to launch your idea

A step-by-step playbook to turn an idea from this marketplace into a running, mostly automated AI business, from choosing the right idea to running it week after week.

1Choose an idea using the metrics

Every idea card shows the same five metrics so you can compare ideas quickly:

  • ⚙️ Automation difficulty (1–5): how hard it is to make the business run on its own. Start with 1–3 if this is your first project.
  • 🔌 Integrations: the number of services to connect (database, payments, AI model, email…). Fewer means a faster MVP.
  • 💰 Revenue potential: market size, willingness to pay and community reach, each scored out of 5.
  • 🧾 Maintenance cost: the estimated monthly cost of all integrations combined.
  • ⏱ Maintenance time: the hours per week a human still needs to spend, and on what.

Use the sidebar filters (difficulty, max cost, max hours, min revenue) and sort options to shortlist 3–5 ideas. In every subcategory, 2 ideas are free to preview in full, so you can judge the quality before buying.

2Buy the idea and own it

Click the price button on the idea page and complete the checkout. The idea becomes yours exclusively: other visitors only see "Idea purchased on DD/MM/YYYY at HH:MM" and can no longer buy it.

All your ideas stay available in My account, in every language, at any time.

3Understand the 10 prompts and their order

Each purchase unlocks 10 expert prompts, already filled in with the details of your idea (customer, offer, price, channels, tech stack, KPIs and risks). Each prompt has a role, context, tasks and an expected deliverable. Use them in this recommended order:

Recommended order

Plan
  1. Master Strategy & Positioning
  2. Product & Pricing Definition
Build
  1. Technical Pipeline Design
  2. MVP Build Sequence
  3. Customer Intake System
  4. Quality & Compliance Guardrails
Launch
  1. Go-to-Market & Content Engine
Run
  1. Autonomous Operating Loop
  2. Master Orchestrator (Run the Business)
Improve
  1. Metrics, Learning & Iteration

4Paste the prompts into your favorite AI agent

The prompts work with any capable assistant: ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Gemini, Mistral, or coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.

  • Copy all: one click copies the 10 prompts as a single document. Paste it at the start of a new project or conversation so the AI knows the whole plan, then ask it to work through prompt 1.
  • One by one: use the 📋 Copy button on each card and paste prompts in the recommended order, keeping each deliverable before moving on.
  • Download .md: save the prompts as a Markdown file to add to a ChatGPT/Claude Project, a Cursor workspace or your notes.

Use a chat assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, Grok) for strategy, pricing and marketing prompts, and a coding agent (Cursor, Claude Code) for the technical pipeline and MVP build prompts.

5Set up the integrations

The idea page lists every integration with its purpose, typical tools and monthly cost range. For each one:

  • Create the account (start with free tiers or trials whenever possible).
  • Store API keys in a password manager or environment variables, never inside prompts or public code.
  • Add payment, email and AI model accounts first: they are needed by almost every idea.

Keep the total close to the maintenance-cost estimate shown on the idea; you can upgrade plans once you have paying customers.

6Build the MVP

Run the Technical Pipeline Design prompt, then the MVP Build Sequence prompt in your coding agent. Build the smallest version that delivers the core promise to one customer segment, end to end.

Add the Customer Intake System and the Quality & Compliance Guardrails before your first real users. Test with 3–5 friendly customers, fix what breaks, and only then automate further.

7Launch go-to-market

Run the Go-to-Market & Content Engine prompt. It produces positioning, messages, a content calendar and outreach scripts for the channels listed on the idea.

Launch on one or two channels first, measure the conversion rate, then expand. Keep the price stated on the idea as a starting point and test variations.

8Run the business with the orchestrator

The Autonomous Operating Loop prompt describes the daily cycle; the Master Orchestrator prompt turns your AI agent into the "operator" that plans, delegates and checks the work every day or week.

Human-in-the-loop maintenance is planned, not accidental: the idea shows the tasks that remain human (quality review, support, compliance, supplier management…) and the hours per week. Block that time in your calendar and let the agents handle the rest.

9Measure and iterate

Run the Metrics, Learning & Iteration prompt to set up a simple dashboard around the KPIs listed on the idea. Review it every week, pick one improvement, ask your AI agent to implement it, and repeat.

💡 Pro tips

  • Keep one AI conversation or project per idea so the context is never lost.
  • Ask the AI to restate the plan in 5 bullet points before it starts working: it catches misunderstandings early.
  • Save every deliverable (strategy, pricing, pipeline, content plan) in a shared folder.
  • Never paste customer personal data or secret keys into public AI tools.
  • Talk to real customers before automating: automation multiplies what already works.

❓ Frequently asked questions

Do I need to know how to code?

No for levels 1–2: chat assistants and no-code tools are enough. For level 3 ideas, a coding agent such as Cursor or Claude Code helps a lot, and basic technical comfort is useful.

Which AI agent works best?

Any recent model works. Use ChatGPT, Claude or Grok for strategy and content, and Cursor or Claude Code for building. You can switch tools at any time; the prompts are plain text.

Can I use the prompts more than once?

Yes. They are yours: re-run them when you change price, market or channel, or to generate fresh content.

How much will it cost to run?

See the maintenance cost on the idea: it adds up the typical monthly cost of each integration. Most ideas can start on free tiers.

Is the idea exclusive after purchase?

Yes. Once purchased, it is hidden for everyone else and shown as purchased with the date and time.

What is the difference between Premium and buying an idea?

Premium lets you read every idea in every category. Buying an idea gives you exclusive ownership and unlocks its 10 prompts.
