Withdrawal and Refund Policy

1. The 14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason (Belgian Code of Economic Law, Book VI; Directive 2011/83/EU).

2. Exception for digital content supplied immediately

Purchased ideas (detailed sheet and 10 prompts) and Premium access are digital content supplied immediately after payment.

Under Article VI.53, 13° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply if, before payment:

1. you expressly consented to immediate supply;
2. you acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal as a result.

You give this consent by ticking the following required box before payment:

"I request immediate access to the digital content and I acknowledge that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once access is provided."

Payment is not possible without ticking the box. The date and time of your consent are recorded and confirmed in the order confirmation email.

3. When we refund

Even after the waiver, you are refunded in full if:

• Double sale: the idea had already been sold to another customer when you paid. The refund is automatic.
• Content not delivered or defective: the content is inaccessible or clearly does not match its description, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time after your complaint.
• Duplicate payment or billing error.

4. Premium subscription

• You can cancel at any time from "My account" → "Manage subscription" (Stripe portal). Access stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Started periods are not refunded, except where required by law (in particular if the content is not supplied or is defective).

5. How to request a refund

• Email gallepierre@proton.me with your account email, the order date and the reason.
• We reply within 5 business days.
• Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method through Stripe within 14 days. For an idea purchase, access to the prompts is then removed.
