Terms of Sale
Last updated: 16 October 2026
1. Seller
The website aiagentbusinesslab.com (the "Site") is operated by:
- Pierre Galle, natural person (sole trader)
- Address: Rue des Champs Bailly 11, 4845 Jalhay, Belgium
- Enterprise number (CBE/BCE): registration pending
- VAT number: not VAT-registered (Belgian small-business VAT exemption, art. 56bis of the VAT Code)
- Email: gallepierre@proton.me
2. Scope
These Terms govern all sales made on the Site between the seller and any customer (the "Customer"). They cover two products:
- exclusive purchases of business ideas (digital content);
- the Premium subscription.
Placing an order means accepting these Terms.
3. Exclusive idea purchase
- What you get: a business idea sheet (description, metrics, integrations, estimated costs) and 10 detailed prompts to use with an AI assistant to plan, build and run the business.
- Exclusivity: once payment is confirmed, the idea is assigned to the Customer and withdrawn from sale. Other users only see "Idea purchased on [date]"; they can no longer view or buy its content.
- Limits of exclusivity:
- exclusivity applies to the sale of the idea on the Site;
- it does not prevent third parties from independently having a similar idea;
- it grants no intellectual-property right over a concept, market or business model.
- Reservation: during checkout the idea is reserved for the Customer for a limited time (about 35 minutes). If two payments complete for the same idea, the second buyer is refunded in full.
- Licence: the Customer receives a personal and commercial right to use the content to create and run their business. Reselling or redistributing the content itself is not allowed.
- No guarantee of results:
- ideas and estimates of revenue, costs, setup time and payback are indicative and for information only;
- the seller does not guarantee any revenue, profit or result;
- the Customer alone is responsible for implementation, for complying with the laws that apply to their business (including third-party platform terms), and for their decisions.
4. Premium subscription
- What it includes: access to every category and to the idea sheets reserved for Premium members.
- Prices: €19 per month or €149 per year, VAT not applicable (not VAT-registered): final prices.
- Renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled.
- Cancellation:
- at any time from "My account" → "Manage subscription" (Stripe customer portal);
- cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no pro-rata refund and no fee.
- Not included: Premium does not include exclusive idea purchases, which are paid individually.
5. Prices
- Displayed prices: in euros, final prices, no VAT charged (not VAT-registered, art. 56bis of the Belgian VAT Code). The price that applies is the one shown when the order is placed.
- Launch prices: a "launch price" may be shown next to the struck-through regular price. The amount charged is the launch price valid at the time of the order.
6. Payment
- Payment is processed online by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (cards and other methods offered by Stripe).
- The seller never has access to full card details.
- An order is confirmed only once Stripe validates the payment.
7. Delivery
Content is made available immediately after payment confirmation, in the Customer's account on the Site.
8. Right of withdrawal
See the Withdrawal and Refund Policy. In short: for digital content supplied immediately, the Customer expressly waives the withdrawal right by ticking the box provided before payment.
9. Liability
- The seller's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the order concerned, except in case of gross negligence or fraud.
- The seller is not responsible for third-party services (AI platforms, APIs, tools mentioned in the sheets) or for changes to their terms or prices.
10. Personal data
See the Privacy Policy.
11. Complaints and disputes
- Complaints: send them to gallepierre@proton.me.
- Mediation: consumers may contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (mediationconsommateur.be / consumentenombudsdienst.be).
- Governing law: Belgian law, without prejudice to more protective mandatory rules of the consumer's country of residence.
- Jurisdiction: the courts of the publisher's domicile, without prejudice to EU consumer protection rules (in particular the consumer's right to sue in the courts of their own domicile).
